It is now time to call us, if you haven't already?
We will address the details of the itinerary, customizing it to fit your needs.
We will help you to decide which group size you will base the price of your tour on, remember, the more passengers that you have, the lower your price will be.
We will discuss promoting your tour. We can help you with a brochure that includes your itinerary, price, your personal message, a registration form and the general terms and conditions of the tour.
HOW TO PROMOTE YOUR TOUR
Besides the brochure mentioned, you can announce to your church or congregation that you intend to lead a tour. Give a few details, such as the countries you plan to visit and the dates of the tour.
You can place an advertisement in a local publication such as a church bulletin, with details regarding the tour and ask people to call you for more information and send them brochures.
You may also place an ad in a local newspaper.
Make a list of friends who may be interested in your tour and send them a note announcing your tour.
When you talk to people you can explain the advantages of group travel, such as the lower cost and the fellowship of friends with a common interest. Emphasize the fact that the tour has been custom designed for your group and their interests.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD YOU PLAN YOUR TOUR?
Ideally you should allow 10 - 12 months to plan your tour. This will give you enough time for promotion and will allow your group members time to plan their schedules and budgets if necessary. However, if you feel you can build your tour group in 6 months, 5 months or even less time, we will still be able to accommodate you.
Our tours are all inclusive, meaning they include all meals, according to the meal plan you include, and all sightseeing according to your itinerary with entrance fees and porterage. This means peace of mind for your passengers, as they don't need to open their wallet again and again to pay for additional sightseeing or optional visits.
