TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An all inclusive tour
Tour prices include roundtrip airfare in economy class. The carrier whose services are featured in a tour reserves the right to substitute aircraft types, different from those published. The carrier assumes no responsibility for making connections. Airline carrier, schedule and airfares are subject to change with out notice. Oren Travel is not responsible for any flight delays or schedule changes made by the airlines.
We allow 1 piece of checked luggage; less than 62? and 1 carry on piece with total dimensions of 45? and maximum weight of 40lbs. We would like to point out that all tour prices include porterage for 1 piece of luggage per person at hotels and airports. The passenger will pay portage for any additional baggage directly to the hotels and airport porters.
Tour prices are based on 2 two people sharing 1 room with twin beds, and private bath. Single rooms are limited and subject to a surcharge, to be paid by the passenger. There is no reduction for triple rooms.
Breakfast and dinner daily is included unless otherwise stated.
Transfers from airports abroad to hotels are included in the tour price when the passenger is traveling with the main group.
All sightseeing with entrance fees is included as per the itineraries, in air-conditioned motor coaches and accompanied by an English-speaking guide.
All passengers are required to have a valid passport. When necessary, Oren Travel will assist in obtaining visas for US citizens at an additional charge. People of Nationalities other than US must inquire with the appropriate embassies and it is their responsibility to be in possession of the proper travel documents.
Hotel Service charges and taxes levied by hotels and governments.
Travel insurance, tips to drivers and guides, US departure tax, passenger facility charges, security taxes and charges, fuel surcharges, border tolls, all airport taxes, costs of visas, passports fees and items of a personal nature, such as laundry, a la carte choices of menu, mineral waters, coffee, tea and other beverages, valet and room service and telephone calls are not included. Additional excursions or personal services rendered by hotel staff and any item specifically mentioned as included is not included.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
A deposit of $300.00 per person is required at the time of registration and the balance is due no later than 45 days prior to departure. The following cancellation fee schedule will be charged:
For cancellations between 90 and 61 days prior to departure
$200.00 cancellation fee plus any airline cancellation fee.
For cancellations 60 - 31 days prior to departure
$300.00 cancellation fee plus any airline cancellation fee
For cancellations 30 - 15 days prior to departure
$500.00 cancellation fee plus any airline, hotel or ground transportation cancellation fees
For cancellations 14 days or less prior to departure
The full price of the tour is nonrefundable.
An additional $200.00 cancellation fee will be imposed if the tour includes a cruise and / or special event tickets.
Oren Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour that does not reach the minimum group size of 15 passengers.
A Better Way/Oren International Travel, Inc. which is the tour operator and an appointed IATA agent, and its agents, act only as agents for the various companies whose accommodations are made available for the tour, and assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any Hotel, motor coach, train, vessel, self driven car, aircraft or other conveyance which is used, either wholly or in part in performance of its duty to the passenger. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for any reason whatsoever to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made. Additional expenses if any shall be born by the passenger. All rates are based on tariffs and costs in effect at the time of pricing and are subject to increase or decrease between that time and the time of departure. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour if circumstances demand it. The tour operator and / or its agents make all arrangements for accommodations and sightseeing. The airlines are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time that the passengers are not aboard their planes or conveyances. Payment of deposit and final balance of the cost of the tour signifies acceptance of the limitations of the airline.
Reservations for the nonrefundable apex airfare must be made at least 60 days prior to departure. Tickets must be fully paid for and issued no later than 45 days prior to departure.
Reservations may not be changed after this time. If you cancel your reservation after ticketing and prior to departure, you will forfeit the entire amount of the apex airfare, unless you submit a medical certificate certifying that you or a member of your family is ill, and the airline accepts it. After departure, no refunds will be granted whatsoever. If for any reason you change your travel plans en-route, you will be charged the total fare, less the total paid for the apex fare.
FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAMS.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to contact the airline regarding frequent flyer miles.
Deviations are possible; however there is an administration fee of $75.00 per person, plus any additional fees charged by the airlines. Being a group wholesaler, Oren Travel will not be able to make any hotel or ground transportation arrangements for individuals deviating from the tour group or program.
